Booking & Eligibility
Customers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license issued in India.
Original ID proof (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID) and driving license must be presented at the time of pickup.
The booking will be confirmed only after successful payment.
Vehicle Usage
The car is to be used only for personal travel within permitted limits.
Sub-letting, commercial use, racing, off-roading, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Customers are responsible for any traffic fines, challans, or penalties during the rental period.
Security Deposit & Payments
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after vehicle inspection.
Any damages, fuel shortage, late return, or extra kilometers will be adjusted from the deposit.
Fuel Policy
Cars are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same.
Any shortfall will be charged as per market fuel rates plus service charges.
Damage & Liability
Customers are responsible for the safety of the vehicle during the rental period.
In case of accident, damage, or theft, actual repair/replacement cost will be borne by the customer, subject to insurance coverage.
Rk Self Drive reserves the right to deduct charges for interior/exterior damage, smoking inside the car, or misuse.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for partial refund.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup or for no-shows.
Pickup & Return
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location.
Late returns will incur hourly charges.
Extensions are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Company Rights
Rk Self Drive reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances or customer ineligibility.
The company may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
